CREATIVITY HAS THE POWER TO CHANGE THE WORLD.

Unearthing the power of creativity.

It's the collective feeling of awe that an audience shares silently.

It's the feeling of community that workshop participants go home with.

It's the sense of belonging, understanding and power that creativity brings to people young and old.

We're here to celebrate that.

Theatre Making

The magic of liveness.

Wee Yarn Productions have been creating theatre for the last five years. Their production The Daughters of Róisín which is still touring has received critical acclaim across Ireland, the UK and Australia. As well as producing their own work, they work extensively supporting other companies with productions and are passionate about advocating for the need and power of live performance.

Current Production:

The Daughters of Róisín is written and performed by Aoibh Johnson and directed by Cahal Clarke.

Confined to a room for nine months in a house she once called her home. The Daughters of Róisín is a poignant ode to Ireland's hidden past that explores the church and state-sanctioned abuse against women over the last 100 years.

Wee Yarn Productions invite you to witness and journey with this forsaken Daughter of Ireland.

Next performance, EDINBURGH FRINGE FESTIVAL.

Currently running at the 2024 Edinburgh Fringe as part of the Lyric Theatre and Pleasance Theatre Trust Edinburgh National Partnerships Programme.

You'll find us at Pleasance Courtyard, Bunker One at 1pm most days!
